Daytona Beverages has initiated effective August 2015, a new pay program called “BEER Pay”.  It stands for Building Employee Earnings Responsibly and it is the company’s cornerstone project to ensure all employees earn a good wage. 

This program will provide all employees in good standing the opportunity to earn $35,000 or higher per year.  For some employees this will represent a material change to their current rate of pay … in some cases as much as a 25% increase over their current compensation.  In addition to this program the company will continue to offer a great benefits program that includes options for medical, dental, vision, paid long term and short term disability, paid life insurance, and one of the most substantial 401K programs in the community. 

The intent of the BEER PAY program is to ensure that all employees are able to earn a wage that will provide stability and a sense of pride and purpose both at work and in their personal lives.  The program was designed by the Managers at Daytona Beverages to make it a better place to work and call home.
